Introduction

After two years of feeling sick, having chronic pain, confusion, heartache and unable to sleep I was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stressed Disorder (PTSD) along with Adrenal Fatigue.  I was surprised, hurt, shock and relieved that my sickness had a name. Now what do I do? The road to healing has involved many things but one path was going back to college to learn how I could help others.

My whole life I intuitively saw a need for loving, caring and giving people a safe place to express their fears, goals, desires, trepidation and dreams. We need relationships with others but can’t always trust people.

Now I am on this road of facilitating others through their transitional times. Transitions happens all the time in everyone’s lifetime. Sometimes they are easy changes and other times they may be traumatic. Life coaches help with these times in many different ways.

My degree concentrates on behavioral science, education and leadership/human services. These areas took me into extensive study in Positive Psychology, educational group therapy and strategies that can help individuals on a day to day bases as they seek recovery. My certifications in coaching, meditation and mindfulness help with the healing process. Combining all these aspects creates a holistic environment that can allow one to untie the knots of confusion.
